On Judgment Day we are not only accountable for what we know we did in this life, but also for the consequences of each and every action, whether good or bad. Ustadh Nouman says that on that day it is the weight of those ramifications that will either send us to Jannah (Paradise) or to Jahannam (Hell-fire).
